Bharat Concrete
Our Products
Readymix concrete is a type of concrete that is manufactured in a factory or batching plant, according to a set mix design, and then delivered to a work site by truck mounted transit mixers. This results in a precise mixture, allowing specialty concrete mixtures to be developed and implemented on construction sites. We produce high quality Concrete of all grades like M10, M15, M20, M25, M30, M35, M40, M45, M50, and higher grades are also executed as per customers’ requirement.
Pile Cap And Raft Concrete
A pile cap is a thick concrete slab that sits atop a group of piles, distributing the load from the superstructure evenly across the piles to ensure stability, particularly in weak soil conditions. It involves careful design considerations for thickness, reinforcement, and dimensions to handle tension and shear forces effectively. In contrast, a raft foundation is a large, thick concrete slab that spreads the weight of a building over a wide area, minimizing pressure on the underlying soil and ensuring uniform settlement. A raft foundation is a large, thick slab of concrete that spreads the load of a building across a wide area, typically used in areas with weak soil.

Cut And Cover Wall
Cut and cover wall concrete is a construction method used for building underground structures such as subways and tunnels. The process involves excavating a trench, constructing the concrete walls with reinforcement bars within that trench, and then covering it back up. This method is cost-effective and flexible, allowing for large underground spaces with minimal disruption to surface activities. Once the concrete is poured and cured, the trench is backfilled, restoring the surface. Common applications include transportation projects and utility installations, making the cut and cover method a practical choice for underground construction while ensuring structural integrity and durability.
Roof Concrete
Roof concrete refers to the concrete slab used to form the roof of a building, providing structural support and protection against environmental elements. It is typically constructed using reinforced concrete to enhance strength and durability, allowing it to bear the weight of additional layers such as insulation, waterproofing, and finishes. The process involves laying formwork, placing steel reinforcement bars, and pouring concrete to create a solid, level surface. Roof concrete can be designed for various types of roofs, including flat, pitched, or curved, and is essential for ensuring thermal performance, energy efficiency, and overall building integrity.

Boom Concrete
Boom concrete refers to the use of a concrete boom pump, a specialized piece of equipment designed to deliver concrete to hard-to-reach areas at construction sites, particularly in high-rise buildings and large-scale projects. The boom pump features a hydraulic arm (the boom) that can extend and maneuver to position the concrete discharge precisely where needed, eliminating the need for manual labor and reducing the risk of spills or uneven placement. This method enhances efficiency by allowing for continuous concrete pouring over significant distances and heights, ensuring a consistent flow and quality of concrete application
