Bharat Concrete
Our Products
Readymix concrete is a type of concrete that is manufactured in a factory or batching plant, according to a set mix design, and then delivered to a work site by truck mounted transit mixers. This results in a precise mixture, allowing specialty concrete mixtures to be developed and implemented on construction sites. We produce high quality Concrete of all grades like M10, M15, M20, M25, M30, M35, M40, M45, M50, and higher grades are also executed as per customers’ requirement.

Our Specialized Products
Lightweight concrete or Thermocrete Concrete
A concrete formulation has been developed to enable the making of a concrete buffer which fulfils the following requirements. Thermocrete is a specially formulated concrete that incorporates insulating materials, resulting in lower thermal conductivity.
- Mechanical resistance
- Lightweight
- Improved thermal response
- Good thermal conductivity and thermal mass.

Fibrecrete concrete or Fibre reinforced Concrete
- It increases the tensile strength of the concrete
- It reduces the air voids and water voids the inherent porosity of gel.
- It increases the durability of the concrete
- Fibers such as graphite and glass have excellent resistance to creep, while the same is not true for most resins. Therefore, the orientation and volume of fibers have a significant influence on the creep performance of rebar's/tendons.
Self-Compacting Concrete
Self compacting concrete (SCC) can be defined as fresh concrete that flows under its own weight and does not require external vibration to undergo compaction. It is used in the construction where it is hard to use vibrators for consolidation of concrete.
- SCC enables freedom in designing concrete structures
- The SCC construction is faster
- The problems associated with vibration is eliminated
- The quality of the construction is increased

Temperature Control Concrete
Heat is produced during concrete curing, leading to a temperature rise. Temperatures will eventually return to normal but, in massive concrete, substantial temperature differences may develop during the process between the cooling outer regions and the still hot inner core. This may cause tensile cracking near the outer surfaces.
There are some controls available. One is to limit the thickness of the concrete layers poured, allowing some of the heat to dissipate before pouring the next layer on top; calculations of this type are usually done when designing concrete dams.
Decorative Concrete
Known for its incredible beauty, strength and affordability, thousands of retailers, restaurants and showrooms nationwide are choosing decorative concrete. With decorative concrete coatings and finishes, your business can transform a dull slab of grey concrete into a work of art and extend the life of your flooring.
- Affordability
- Low maintenance
- Strength and longevity
- Design flexibility
